The idea for this study first came up while I was working in Thailand.
I experienced a huge barden for just being myself.
For being a woman.
For having breast.
For being a sexual creature.
For being after all.
And I kept thinking about this.
Frustration grew big within me.
I won´t deny.
At times, I even though of giving up on it all.
And go back home, where I could be me.
At least, much more than in there.
But, then, I guess I started looking out.
And I realised discrimination was everywhere.
Every girl and every woman.
So this thought came through:
“What is it to be a woman?”
“What does it mean to be a woman?”
“What does it mean for each one of them?”
“How is it different (or not) for every woman on earth?”
